Former employee sues Halliburton for sexual harassment and hostile work environment

In a hostile work environment lawsuit filed against Halliburton, former employee Catarina Rose claims that she “was subjected to egregious sexual harassment and intimidation by male coworkers and supervisors” on an almost daily basis.

Rose also alleges that she was sexually assaulted by a male coworker, who was allowed to return to his job after being suspended for a few days.  This assault allegedly became a joke among coworkers at Halliburton, who called her derogatory names and told her things like “I’ll make it so hard on you out here that you’ll quit.”
