The Columbus, Ohio branch of JPMorgan Chase faces a sexual discrimination, wage discrimination, and hostile work environment lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on behalf of Aimee Doneyhue, a former JPMorgan Chase home mortgage consultant.
The company allegedly failed to correct the problem once Doneyhue complained about the workplace bullying to the JPMorgan Chase human resources department. Doneyhue claims that the company chose to fire her instead.
Among the other things, the lawsuit seeks back pay, bonuses and the rehiring of Doneyhue and other women who were fired due to discrimination.
