PetSmart, the largest US specialty pet retailer, agreed to pay $125,000 to settle a sexual harassment and retailiation lawsuit that was filed by the EEOC.
After being harassed by a store manager, PetSmart allegedly did not take action to try to stop the harassment. Furthermore, a female manager who complained about the abusive behavior was retailated against by the bully boss and was forced to quit her job.
